Kingsbridge Chauffeur Service
- Drivers from KCS Chauffeur Service will travel by the most convenient and expedient route (within reason) unless specifically instructed to the contrary by their client.
- KCS Chauffeur Service accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to any luggage/property carried in their vehicles, irrespective of the manner in which the loss/damage is sustained.
- KCS Chauffeur Service vehicles will be operated by their own chauffeurs at all times.
- KCS Chauffeur Service operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
- KCS Chauffeur Service adopt a non-smoking policy in each of their vehicles as per the law which came into law on the 1st July 2007
- Late bookings (within 2 hours of required time) will only be accepted subject to availability.
- KCS Chauffeur Service will not be held responsible for any meeting/ appointment/ flight missed as a result of traffic or road conditions out with the control of KCS Chauffeur Service or their Drivers. However, every possible effort will be made to avoid such a situation.
- KCS Chauffeur Service will charge a valeting fee of £150 for misuse/ fouling of their vehicle (e.g. vomiting).
- All hires are subject to a £50.00 minimum charge (E Class) but special rates are available for account holders and extended hires.
- KCS Chauffeur Service reserve the right to levy a 50% surcharge on any public holiday, with the exception of Christmas Day and New Year’s Day when a 100% surcharge will be levied.
- KCS Chauffeur Service will make an appropriate additional charge for excessive parking and entrance fees unless a fully inclusive charge has been quoted beforehand.
- KCS Chauffeur Service will accept all major credit cards.
- KCS Chauffeur Service will levy a surcharge of 6% for bookings made by credit cards.
- KCS Chauffeur Service require a deposit of 25% to secure all provisional bookings and this must be received at least 24 hours before the scheduled hire.
- KCS Chauffeur Service reserves the right to levy a:
- 25% cancellation charge if notified of cancellation more than 24 hours before scheduled hire;
- 50% cancellation charge if notified of cancellation between 12 and 24 hours’ before scheduled hire;
- 100% cancellation charge if notified of cancellation within 12 hours of scheduled hire or if no notification is received.
- The outstanding balance of any hire is due to KCS Chauffeur Service immediately upon completion of the hire and is payable either by credit card in advance or in cash to the Driver. Payments by cheque must be available in cleared funds.
KCS Chauffeur Service Corporate Accounts must fill out online form and adhere to the strict 30 day terms.
